- Added reusable blocks to the company starter template for new client launches
- Migrated plain CSS to Tailwind at scale and cut JavaScript ~30% by dropping custom scripts
- Optimized images and load performance on production builds
- Published releases to a custom server, owning uploads and go-live end to end
